How much does it cost to attend the event?
The even is free of charge and open to members, stakeholders and sustainability experts. You just need to arrange your own travelling and accommodation.
What is the exact location of the venue?
The event is taking place at ABION Spreebogen Waterside Hotel (Ameron Collection)

What are the parking arrangements and directions?
The venue is located in the Western part of Berlin, 5 min walk from the S3, S5, S7 tram stop Bellevue (1 stop from Central Train Station – Berlin Hauptbahnhof).
From International Berlin Brandenburg airport
- 1h by public transport (train and tram)
- 40 min by car/taxi
From Main Train station (Berlin Hauptbahnhof).

Where can I stay during the event?

What if I need a visa?
If you require a visa to attend the amfori Annual Event, it is essential that you begin the application process as soon as possible in order to obtain your visa in time. Visa application procedures may slightly vary from one company to another. You can find useful information here.

How do I register for the event and is registration mandatory?
Yes, the registration is mandatory, otherwise you won’t be able to join the event in person. Please register here before 27 October 2023 at the latest.
I have registered for the event but did not receive any confirmation email. What should I do?
After registering for the event, you should receive a receipt of your successful registration in the email you provided. Please check the SPAM folder of your Inbox. If you did not receive it, you have probably provided a wrong email.
Note, this is not a confirmation email! Due to limited spaces, we allow maximum 2 people per organization to attend. Therefore, we will review your registration and will get back to you with the final confirmation.
Are there any sponsorship/expo opportunities at the event?
No. This year we do not foresee any sponsorship or promotional opportunities at the event. However please do not hesitate to contact us at events@amfori.org already now for amfori Annual Event 2024′ sponsorship opportunities.
